Pittsfield: Everett W. Snowdeal 92 died March 17, 2012 at Pittsfield Rehab & Nursing in Pittsfield following a long illness. He was born in Rockland, Me April 15, 1919 the son of Lester E. and Hazel (Day) Snowdeal. He was educated in Rockland schools. Everett was a U.S. Navy veteran of WW II. Starting at a young age Everett was a commercial fisherman in Rockland for several years. He also was employed at Edwards Co. in Pittsfield, the Hartland Tannery in Hartland and at S.A.S in Pittsfield, retiring in 1983. He was married to Arlene (Young) Snowdeal who predeceased him on April 26, 2009. Everett and Arlene attended the Deeper Life Assembly in Pittsfield. He loved the outdoors especially while fishing and hunting. Hi is survived by two daughters, Diane Snowdeal of Millinocket and Linda Brown and her husband Patrick of Waterville, eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, and two sons, Frederick and Raymond. Graveside services and internment will be at the Village Cemetery Pittsfield later in the Spring.
